When I play at work sometimes when I try to summit a move nothing happens and my peice moves right back where I moved it from. Sometimes I have to try and move it about 6 times before it wil allow me to summit. What is causing this to happen? Also can a state of the art IT department know you are playing chess without actually seeing you online?

When the submit move button is shaded in you can't make a move

I think you just have to wait for it to go back to normal
