The OP did have some Crazyhouse games where the players were a lot lower rated and a few matches (which wouldn't count). I saw one rapid game where there was a large rating difference.
Why does chess.com keep making me play low rated players as black?

Because you are low rated and your settings allow it. Set yours at -50, +300 and you will only play those rated slightly lower than yourself.
im a 2200 and constantly getting paired with 2100 and far below, i even got pair with like 3 1500's

Are you really a 2100 blitz player with a 1300 FIDE OTB rating? I always thought 2100 blitz players were closer to 1900 FIDE.

Y’all stop complaining and just change your matching system. Do like -50, 400 or something

If you abort too often, you lose the ability to abort.
Man I thought chess was a game with no "special op better" stuff and only based on brains. Now I think chess gets harder and harder as I play more rather than easier.

In your last 50 games, since the 15th, you have been paired with opponents +/- 200 of your rating, which I believe is the default spread if you don't change it.
