Chessbase usually has a short preview around 10-12minutes of the video on their website. That will give you a preview of the presenter's style.

Are you talking about Fritz 15 or the Fritztrainer videos that chessbase sells?
Generally, I have positive feelings about the Fritztrainer videos, although some presenters are definitely more to my taste than others. I especially like Danny King if he is covering a subject that I am interested in. I really like King's coverage of how to play Black against the Catalan opening, since up-to-now, I have been bewildered when White plays the Catalan.
The short answer is "yes".
