Also, there's an app on Android called `Follow Chess`, that broadcasts almost all live tournament games, including current time controls. Plus, with the premium version (only a few dollars), you can download the pgn for all competed games. For major tournaments it will include the live video. I use it all the time as my go to tournament app.

Haven't been there very often myself, but I hear that Chess24 streams a lot of high-level games.
