I thought there was a gif of Naka touching his king (otb) vs Aronian that caused him to lose but I can't find it. I wanted to caption it 'mouse slip'. Maybe later when I have more time.

Had one not too long ago where I could capture a queen with a rook and i accidently let ago the immediate square before the queen. Pleaded for a draw but alas one was not given.
