Hi Guys while watching first training video one question came to my mind (i tried to add it in comments, but it didn't appear, dunno why). When i have possibility to check the opponents King without making any losses to myself should i always do so or there will be some exceptions rarely ?

Sometimes it will be better not to play the check. Sometimes when your opponent parries the check, it will help in his piece development; Or, by moving your piece to check his king, it will put your checking piece into a worse position.

Checking your opponent’s king is just a waste of time unless it somehow improves your position. No one is impressed by an empty threat.

I really want to play Human players but worried about not winning

Don’t worry about it... I am not very good at chess but I play against human players all the time... so don’t worry!

As an example, after 1 e4 d5 2 exd5 Qxd5 3 Nc3, it is not considered best to play 3...Qe5+.
