I asked Magnus on behalf of the OP. What he advised was:
- Start by being a stellar prodigy with IQ off the scale
- Get introduced to chess at the age of 3 and take to it naturally from the outset
- For your childhood years, spend 12 hours a day improving your understanding of chess and honing your skills while viewing it as fun rather than work
From there on, it's just a matter of luck whether there is anyone else around who is even better.
