ghost moves

Can it happen on chess.com that a piece moves without you did it? With me it happened yesterday... I suddenly had the orange confirm button at the screen and as a reflex I clicked it away, like a pop up. Then I saw that my queen had a position that was not the position I put it into. It was somehow gone to a pawn that consequently took it. What a misery! I was with 9 points ahead! After this I was with 8 points behind and if we would play further I would lose. 

What can I do? Is it technically possible to go 2 moves back - my opponent is ok with it, because I did not make this move. It must have been a technical bug or so.
