Shows game was abandoned. It's very likely you got disconnected from the Live server and got hit by the newer abandonment rule that the game gets counted as abandoned when the server doesn't see a connection for 15 seconds if the positional evaluation is losing by at least 5 from the disconnected player's side

You can either turn auto-promote to queen or leave it where you have to chose during promotion.

well thank you, but my connection is excellent, not possible to be offline for even 2 seconds, not 15! so can it be possible lag on chess.com site? anyways thank you

You can get disconnected from the live server process even if your local connect doesn't drop, or there are intermittent issues causing packet loss.

The disconnect could be caused by any of the equipment between you and the site datacenter. The link I provided about disconnecct help with things on the client side your local network segment, that could cause enough a problem to have the server not see a connection to your client.

I am having the same problem with being disconnected even though I am connected, and it is my opponents turn to move. It happens regardless of whether or not I am winning or losing. Very frustrating. If it doesn't stop, it won't be worth playing anymore. 

Today chess.com (web app) is behaving strangely, It doesn't let me move King, Queen or F1 Bishop, unless I resize the board to a certain small size. If I resize it back, the glitch comes again. Same is true with some buttons on the website, which are not responding or are doing so with a lot of delay. Have tried this one three different browsers and two different accounts.

What operating system on your device? You may need to reboot.

One issue here that I experienced is if there's another clear tab directly above those pieces, it will register you clicking on that tab instead of the pieces.

I know that Windows 11 has occasionally had a transparent dialog above the taskbar, which intercepts mouse clicks it the bottom of the browser.

Lost couple games waiting for my opponent to move. 

when I’m playing with bots and ai, most of the time when I take back 2 times or more. It glitches and whenever I move a piece it automatically forwards

If you go into the Analysis board, you can play an invalid position by backing out of the Setup Position menu after creating the position and playing a move. This actually allowed Stockfish to play a game with two kings per side, and ended up blundering a queen for each side. I have these images of the glitches that resulted from a different sample position following the game, except for the glitch where when checking one of the kings, the animation was played for the wrong king:

I feel like you may have accidentally resigned, that game isn't in a checkmate etc. and you had sufficient time. Either that, or it was a tournament game and the tournament ended, and gave the result to the one with the higher score.

This Kingside castle is an illegal move the bishop is in the way for the castle and, Why does this say Best: ? Its 2 glitches.
