Gold Membership

I purchased gold membership last week through the iOS app for unlimited puzzles and still haven’t gotten access to any premium features. I contacted support last week and haven’t gotten a response. I tried to restore purchases but nothing happened. I purchased gold membership on October 5th.

write to them again and make sure its sent to the proper place in help and support they should get back t you within 2 days

A lot of staff were at company meeting last week and there has been some delays in some support responses. If you haven't received a response by the end of the week, post again and I can follow up with someone.
