can someone tell me how to translate an english grade into an elo??

multiply the English grade by 8 and add 600 e.g. 100 English = 1400 ELO

According to ECF's website it is ECF X 8 + 600. To go the other way (Elo to ECF) it is (Elo-600)/8.
