Harassment needs to stop

I've been getting harassed by the same user for many weeks and no matter how many reports I send the chess.com Admins have done nothing!!! All i ask is this user stops or can the chess.com admins please do their job and mute them please : (

She been doing thing for months! Even to me! I do not appreciate what she is doing it is so childish

Please don't name people in the forum that you have reported.
