Having Trouble Castling on Chess.com

Hello everyone!  I'm having some trouble castling on chess.com.  Although it's not a move that I use very often, I'm pretty sure that I'm trying to make it in the right conditions (I'm not castling my King into check or anything).  I keep trying to click on the king and then the rook, or the rook and then the king... nothing is working!  What do I need to do exactly?

Can you link the game in question?

Castling is a King move. Move two spaces to left or right.

Looking at your games, I think TadDude has your answer.

Sometimes I move my king to the left accidently only 1 move. that really sucks

Ah ha!  I read up on the rules of castling more carefully and realized that I was trying to move my king over a space in which he would be in check, which is also apparently illegal.  Thanks everyone! :)

Also, of course, the King and the rook cannot have moved previously- Castling may only be done if the king has never moved, the rook involved has never moved, the squares between the king and the rook involved are unoccupied, the king is not in check, and the king does not cross over or end on a square in which it would be in check
