Hellish Bishops

Have you ever been in a position where both of your opponent's bishops are bearing down on you?  I have, and sometimes I can't pry them off no matter what I do.  Here's an example:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Any suggestions?

If White could post a Knight on e4 or e5 or block one of the diagonals with a pawn/Knight on d5 that would be a considerable help.  Two Bishops pointed at a King with the center open are formidable.
