Help! Blundering in NEARLY EVERY GAME!!!

I'm currently 966 and completely dominate opponents of any rating iwth my attacking verve and impregnable defence, playing white or black until move 2, when mistakes start to creep in and I lose. I'd like to know how to stop this too!

Get tactics training +500 than your desire rating.
To break my 2000 bullet/ blitz rating bar, I am also training tactics rating to be 2500+.

I am in middle school; maybe that is the problem?
I mean... yeah, probably. Not that you're young, but that you're inexperienced and it's probably something simple you don't recognize.
Like maybe you've been spending more time in other activities (this would include chess variants but could also be music, friends, etc), or your sleep has been different, or maybe your parents and you moved to a different city or something... anyway changes like this have an effect on our ability to play, and maybe it's your first time realizing these effects because you're still very young.
Anyway, it's basically:
Food -- (Not skipping meals, but also not eating huge meals before playing)
Sleep -- (If you're a kid you might need more than 8 hours)
Emotion -- (you're not playing while upset, angry, sad, etc)
Focus -- (a quiet environment + you're personally motivated to play well)
Practice -- (have you recently taken a long break from chess?)
If you're good on those 5 then your play should be very close to normal (I say close to normal and not perfectly normal because there are always small fluctuations)

Not sure- something that may help is doing your normal thought process, but right before you make your move look at your position "through the eyes of a patzer"- just to make sure you're not blundering something simple with the move you've chosen.
The downside is that this doesn't work in really fast time controls- you'll have to develop the habit in slower games.

I don't play speed chess these days. My tactics trainer rating is 2200+, so I don't know what the problem is.

Well, it's probably
1) You have a terrible disease
2) Magic
3) Something very simple like I mentioned in my other post.
Or you're just overreacting. Like you blundered in only 2 games but you're telling us it's all the time.

No. Blundering in NEARLY EVERY GAME. I'm serious.

That was two years ago.
I am a 1750 USCF player and quickly nose diving. I have had very successful results in the past, winning big checks, etc. But in the last three months blunders started to pour into my games. My attacking play is very dynamic and powerful, and have terrifying positional play. My strategy and tactics are probably 1900+, but blunders are ruining many won games. I am in middle school; maybe that is the problem? "Paying attention more" does not help. Any ways to stop blundering, and quick???
