You've only been a member for a week and you have played about as many standard time control games here as blitz games. You would know better than we would whether or not the slower time control made a difference in your games.
All the teachers recommend playing slower time controls if you actually want to improve.
When I get to middlegame positions, I'm finding it hard to keep track of all the pieces and struggle to form a plan.
I'm often making random moves and hoping for the best.
Will my vision of the board improve by continuing to play at the current time control (10mins) or is this a sign that I need to play slower?
