I' ve played blitz tournaments for two months.

Can you suggest me some tricks or openings for blitz games ?

You are right.

I talk about 3min + 2 sec./per move games

Blitz is all about tactics and avoiding blunders. Play more slow time control games and your blitz will improve. The reverse does not usually work in my experience.
