Become a good actor. When you play a good sac that looks like a blunder, try to yawn a few time and pretend to cry
Play games, do tactics and dont overwork yourself and relax. Especially at lower levels there's no point going all out with prep
Just be confident, trust in yourself and I'm sure you'll do great! We'll all be rooting for you
