Help me. When my reality is shattered.

I was over the "other place", and I played this game there. 

I am an impoverished drunk, a lower-class wretch. Who likes to play whilst drinking a few beers. But who, nevertheless takes chess seriously.

There are  gremlins who, impose themselves into my reality. I don't want to get into the history of the "gremlins", but to assert they exist in any area—not only chess—but any areas. They can even over-code technology. And, reality. And luck--luck which is their game.

Draw in 2 moves? The Gremlin wins a draw.

I was playing moves for time--positionally and time ahead-- and next move naturally: Kf4.

So convince me, these gremlins, who have plagued my child-and-adult life. Have not overcoded the rules of this site (technology). And of chess. 3x repetition. Please.

"Threefold repitition states:" a player can claim a draw if the same position occurs three times.
Did this occur this game? I think not!
Can someone please relieve me of my paranoia.

These 3 positions are the same.

Do you think there is some gematria meaning to: 38. 40 and 42?

But the position was not the same 3 times, only twice.
