Help Please

Chess.com has just sent me a PGN in file (chess bass format I think).

How do I get this into Fritz? Might sound dumb but I am not too computer literate.

Please explain in a simple manner even I can understand.

PGN is just a simple text file. You should be able to import it into pretty much any GUI.

How do I do that?

Probably like anything else.  File --> Open, for the file type dropdown, choose *.pgn and look for it in whatever folder you saved the PGN file.

I don't see how you can import the pgn file into Fritz - it seems to be impossible.

What version are you on? I'm assuming you are talking about the Fritz interface.
