Chess.com refused to run this post below from 13 hours ago. They've also NOT put it in the unanswered posts sector. As you can see, I had your problem also. I'd be curious to know IF you also had dropped a more expensive membership. Good luck.

Why I'm Quitting chess.com
Before I get to the main point. In the discussion that follows: I have a computer that only seems NOT to work on chess.com and only since I dropped the special paid membership . . . please don't respond as if my computer was fouled up. Thank you.
Two years ago I had a trial membership for $99 here @ Chess.com. When several of the "upgrade" potentialities didn't function correctly, I complained. There was some improvement, but overall I was NOT impressed and dropped my special membership and got my money back. Since that time, the website has been a nightmare for me. Among other things the website has been at times, say about 9-10% of the time, unworkable. Among other things 1) 25% unworkable daily puzzles 2) my mouse NOT working to make moves in live games and 3)pieces (never pawns) NOT showing up on the online game boards and worst of all, 4) the total disappearance of my button for claiming draws after three-fold repetitions, and even lack of sufficient mating material which lost me a lot of games when I had less time than my opponents (nice sports that they were, only one Indian fellow actually responded to my chat complaints and honored my "plaintive cry" about the website's failing. Besides those games, 5) I recently lost a huge amount of unnecessary online games for the Quark' Bar group because even though I visit chess.com religiously these particular games and their moves did NOT show up until after I had timed out. Because these problems were erratic not consistent in their appearance, I did NOT complain. After this last straw, I figure something is terribly wrong and, fed up, I'm ending my relationship with chess.com.
So once my current online games are finished. I'll be out of here. If anyone knows a better site. Please let me know.

So anyway, I went to settings for 'Online Chess', and I made the chessboard size large, then extra large, and huge. But they all stay the same size as default. And yes, I clicked save settings on all of these. Any ideas what to do? Thanks.
