help with time configurations I am confused

Hello.  I am using a different chess website because on here no one will play a long game against me.  I am trying to set up a long game but its confusing because the timer setter is complex.  I want a game where each person gets 2 hours to make all their moves for the game.  They make me choose ____ min per ___ moves.  They make me choose at least 60 min for my my minimum.  For the number of moves they make 1 as the minimum.  Then they make me choose how many minutes till the end of the game as the 3rd time configuration.  Its on chessfriends.com.  I have tried doing it my self but I end up with crazy amounts of time and my opponents get mad at me for putting them in a game that is longer then they thought.  Please help.
