Methinks it is a slump. We all go through one....not just in chess!

Though not so common is the possibility that you've been overloading yourself with chess information recently and you're feeling a bit muddled up.

In both cases => When you have the urge to play, don't and instead work on simple/fun endgames and single/double motif tactics  and stay away from competitive playing until you find your song again.  Shouldn't take too long ... the longest I stayed away because of a terrible slump was about 10 days.

Do not hope to ride it out by playing a ton of blitz chess or beating up on weaker players because => chances are, you'll still be blundering and losing and you'll start doubting + hating yourself or the game even more.

Take a break and play a slow game after you clear your head. Make very concious moves and apply all you learned as a begininer. Most importantly realize that chess is fun even if you lose. If you play your best and get outwitted in the end- It's still fun enjoy yourself.

Great advice so far...sometimes you need to get outside and relax a little...do something different...get re-energised...if you don't think you can stay away from this beautiful girls (chessy)...then just use the "tactics trainer"...or learn a new opening...or some chess history...pretty soon you will feel good again, and the winning will return.

Best of luck
