As a beginner to chess, I recommend learning either 1. d4 or 1. e4 because those opening moves are both solid and common.
Slightly less popular, but also good opening moves are 1. c4 or 1. Nf3, but many of these lines "transpose" into a d4 or e4 opening anyway. Other opening moves might be good as well, but those are the four most popular options and statistically the best opening moves you can choose from.
