Your timeout-ratio is what matters
Your ratio is currently 21%.
For example, if you are playing 5 games, and you timeout in 4 of them, it won't be 4%, it will 80% (4/5).
Higher than 10% timeouts?

Whenever trying to enter tournaments I get told that I cannot enter due to having higher than 10% timeouts (I have never purposely timed out just once when wasn't well thought I'd only been off for 3 days but it was actually 4 and lost all the games at that time) could anybody please tell me where I can find out how much I am over 10%? Is it available online or would I have to contact support or similar?
