I found who the hustler is:
Johannes Mabusela FIDE rating 2270
I thought so, that hustler was about FM strength, judging by speed and accuracy he played.

Did you like it?
Yes, that was very instructive for me. I am used to longer time controls, but I just played in my first rated blitz tournament this last week and I am still getting over the different feel of fast OTB chess; it is an entirely different thing altogether. I watched the video twice: once to follow the game and once to see the subtle quirks that help in OTB fast chess. For the later I was looking primarily at how Hikaru physically moves. The biggest thing I noticed they both did was pass the captured pieces to the other hand to put away later - very smart, it saves precious seconds! The other thing was how Hikaru barely ever looked at the clock - he would just glance quickly. When I play, I only glance too; unlike Hikaru however, I tend to look at the clock button to make sure I hit it - especially at the start of the game, he almost never took his eyes off of the board. This was interestingly helpful; thanks for sharing this video.
Endgame speed, is that even human?
Another guy seems pretty good as well , any guesses of his rating?
