How am I a diamond member

I have taken a break from chess this year to focus on exams. I just logged in to day to see how was chess.com

Why do I have a Diamond Member status? I never paid anything.

 Don't they just draw automatic from your creditcard unless you cancel your membership ?

I never was a diamond member and I certainly have not given any credit card details

I am 18 (studying for university exams) so i have taken a complete break from chess

Back when i was playing i wished to have a membership so i could watch videos

Does anyone know what happened here and when will my membership end?

(It says it ends March 29, but it looks I am still able to watch videos)

Did you recently open a support ticket? Was there an email from staff related to that?
