I've had loads of these messages(13+) in the past. It is surprising that someone is cheating in bullet though, but not that surprising.

Actually they were high 1100 when I played them, most of my ratings are around 1100 except blitz :'(
I got a message from Chess.com saying someone I played, violated the fair play policy and my bullet rating was updated. I checked their profile and they are actually getting 99% accuracy at 1100, and have never lost a match and ONLY PLAYS BULLET? How is this possible? I think if you were to use an engine you would do it in Daily or Rapid, maybe 5 minute Blitz.
