How are rating points divided in four person chess

I've recently begun playing four person chess here. Anyone know how the rating points work? Looks like 1st gets the most points, 2nd gets less (but I have seen highly rated 2nd place players lose points), 3rd loses fewer and 4th loses the most. Is there a formula posted anywhere?
