I have no idea how to do pawn checkmate please help me with it

You might clarify exactly what you are asking.

 

If you are just asking how to checkmate with a pawn then you just have to get the king in a position where the pawn checks the king, is protected, and all other escape squares are covered by other pieces or pawns.
