How can I improve my chess?

Hello! I am a (not new) chess player.

I recently started a new account (my previous account had a very low rating and I wanted to start over.) And on my first day, my rating went down by 202 already. (I only did 3 games!)

How can I improve my rating? I do lessons on chess.com whenever they are available, and I know tactics and such. I've also beaten the chess bot with a rating of 1000 with three crowns, so it's not like I can't beat somebody with a rating like that.

Just wondering, is there something I can do to make me do better?

(just in case it helps, I am not a "thinking" person, so it affects my chess--I think.)

Not thinking in game is actually ok and preferred. It is called having a plan. You don't seem to have any conventional openings, might be worth taking some time to shadow moves by yourself so you have an idea of what you want to be before a game starts. Some general things. Don't move your queen too early like on turn 3, it becomes a target for your opponent immediately, develop knights and bishop first (unless you play the Scandinavian defense which I don't think you do). Also don't push your pawns in front of the king. The pawns are meant to stick by the king and shield it, but in your games it is like they are off on drinks break half way up the board. Most importantly relax and have fun, chess is just a game, ratings don't really matter : )
