You can't see that and premium members are treated the same as normal members when it comes to disconnections/aborts/timeouts.
The process is based on a percentage of games so if it only happens on a small percentage, you have nothing to worry about.
I've heard before that people who disconnect a lot or abort games or hang up without resigning get boxed into a group of similar players. I think I'm finding myself in that group as almost half my games have such problems and I'm getting lots of games abandoned whether before first move or otherwise.
Last week at some point my normally reliable internet provider was up and down a bit so maybe that caused it, I certainly lost a couple of games through that disconnecting me but I think I've only manually aborted one in the last month which was when I had to exit sharpish, I always resign and never hang up when in a lost position.
Is there a way of looking at my account to see if I'm in this naughty stair group ?
Or do I have to become a premium member to avoid such indignity in future ?? :\
