Chess is exactly what life is all about. The opening resembles the early stages of life when you have start to make choices where you want to go in the middle game. This is where you have to be creative; regardless of how your opening was. In real life after your school period, whether successful or not, will put you in a certain position, the moves you make are coming from your creativity, experience and sense for opportunities and knowing when to be careful and take some more time. Because you have to be prepared for the endgame and enter it like you know what you’re doing. In real life you want to know your endgame and plan for it. Doesn’t matter if you want to be the next rockstar or just a nice and cozy retirement; you’ll have to take care of that in the middle-game. Regardless, of which opening or start you had. That’s why I think that chess is life. The options are endless; you just have to find the way and build on what your predecessors already discovered. Peace!
