How do I control my anger after losing a game?

This is a really bad problem for me, as I prefer to win. And so would everyone else.

Simple answer: If I'd live now 40 years ago, I'd throw out my computer out of my window. But as time has changed, at least here - I guess in your country as well, they will lock you now up into prison if you do that. Just accept you are loosing every 2nd game.

1.Recognize you are angry because you lost
2. Up to you how you act after this, we cant help. Normally I would stop playing but every once in a while I can't control myself and keep playing (and losing)

Listen to B1ZMark

Primarily consider behavior that springs from anger and pride, i.e. the anger at yourself at doing poorly, and the pride involved in resigning. These can cause people to act out in chat, or to make somebody wait to win the game, and controlling that is primary.
play the computer on max level until you get over it. At some point you will see that losing is the best way to learn. Most wins, all you learned from it is that your opponent messed up, or that you at most missed a faster win or some other opportunity. But a loss, you know that YOU messed up, and you know what you were thinking, and can figure something out from it for next time. Then pull that over to people ... losing to a person is a free lesson.
