How do I do a click only feature in chess

the title says it all. My elo is dropping, instead of hovering or improving, and if ya look at my recent game, I accidentally moved g3 and not g4, and on the last queen move I misclicked. I have a habit of holding my mouse, then releasing accidentally once I realise Im holding my mouse. Yes, I know I could've made better moves, but whenever I do a move I realise why not to do it immediately after, even if i take like 4 minutes.
