well ive reached 1600~ but after that its becoming very tuf to go higher ive memorised most of the openings i am gud in tactics too but i keep losing plz help

It also helps to play games with long time control in order to thoroughly be able to think out plans, tactics, and strategy. Longer time controls generally lead to better quality games by both sides, which will deeply help your game. After each game, analyze it and see what could have gone better.

First of all work on your thought process, Heisman's Improving Chess Thinker demonstrates the differences between the various class ranks, and even between expert and master (masters are like experts but memorize far more positions, which is useful for recall). Find one aspect and work it exclusively for a month, and then that skill becomes automated.
Now I'm doing basic endgames, and before I did strategy and whole game exercises to exercise thought process. It's supposed to simulate a real game situation. I've done that for a few months so I've probably hit a diminishing return wall so I'm doing endgames to balance out my skillset.
