How do I get an actual FIDE rating?

In order to get FIDE rating[actual rating],
You have to play FIDE rated tournaments in which you have to defeat 3 rated players in the 
tournament.
If you are Indian or if you are currently living in India, you can play FIDE rated tournament 
through aicf.in or just search All India Chess Federation and log in.
Also note that your rating is NOT depended on your chess.com or lichess rating and not even 
you world chess rating[online FIDE rating]. Your world chess rating is just shown on your FIDE 
chess profile

How do they know what score to get you?

And what, it beats me to see how many players come on here and go type "I want a FIDE rating" when first thing one should do is to type "how to get a FIDE rating" in Google.

21th Century people are insanely mind disabled. And lazy. Then can't remember the infos you share with them. Their creativity competes with oysters.

I know I would not accept to stay so, and would react, and retrieve a more normal cognitive level.
