At your age, without any computer nor anything such, I was already fluent in 3 major languages.
Actually, at age 13, I could swim, bike, judo, fencing, cook, bake, sew, make a good bandage, use the washing machine, the dish machine, I could iron a shirt, knot a tie, comb my hair, read a map, and many other things. Like knowing the capitals of most countries, and the name of their leader. Not to mention a suitable knowledge of History, Biology, Chemistry, and a few others. Bah, it's the past. Now we're cavemen pressing buttons, aren't we?
You need to play FIDE rated tournaments to get the official rating. Following are the titles and their ways on how to get them:

I could and would have Googled the question directly instead showing up on here and ask like a 3 years old. You say it's not much, I won't list all what I skipped, but you don't seem to can any foreign language or why did you not mention it? If being fluent in 3 major languages is "not much" what is you then? Less than not much. And I was a working class bloke going to public school, not some wimp hidding in mom's skirts.
Anyhow, your comment do imply you would can and know more at age 13, than already what I listed, I was able and competent at that age. And that doesn't add up. Because a good part of it all came from the fact I was a curious person, and waited not for people to come and tell me, when I could go open a dictionary, an encyclopedia, or else, and find the answers by myself. Would you be so, and better, you would have Googled the poop instead of asking around like a lost child in a mall.
