How do I get from 200-400 elo to 1000 elo fast

I used to have a 200 elo in chess and then I made a new account. I made another new account and got 500 elo from playing. I realized the 200elo players play better than the 500 elo ones. And now I'm stuck at 400-500 elo. Any advice on how I get get to at least 1000 elo? Thanks
