Read it. Think about it. Meditate on it. Think about it some more. Read it again. Think about it some more. Don't look to me for answers. The answers are within all of us.

I mean , why are you having chess anxiety and elo anxiet when your elo is 200 points.? It makes no sense. You posted you play for fun, so just do it. You can not be taking this game so serious when you are not even an average or serious player yet. It is just a matter of time and progress.

You do not even need to consider to progress honestly, at the stage of level you are I would just play it for fun, and It will lonely going to add you points. So as far as you are 600 you may consider to learn some things on how to handle pressure and so on.

Don't fall in love with your rating. You want it to change, not stay static.. Your rating is the measure of your most recent performance, not your chess knowledge. Losing 50 elo points does not mean you lost chess knowledge. In fact, you probably gained more chess knowledge, especially when you review the games properly and learn why you lost.

Recommend do the hide ratings in game thing it doesn't hide the usernames but it might help just focus on the game

You will never get rid of rating anxiety if you have it...which I always have

Morphy never had a chess rating nor a title but people still remember him and look at his games , he died 150 years ago, so it's the quality of games that matters not the rating or title so be happy if play even a single good game

play4fun64

Play Unrated or Anonymous. Win.or.loss, rating won't change.
