Different ratings are...well...different. A national rating like the one you have is not a fide rating. From what you say it looks like you just have a CAQ rating. Still you can easily check the fide website to see whether you have also gained a fide rating without knowing (maybe some of the tournaments you played in were fide rated).

If I have a CAQ (Chess Association Queensland) rating, does that meant I have a ACF (Australian Chess Federation) rating. If I have an ACF rating, does that mean it is a FIDE rating?? How does all this work??
