I exchange that king side bishop. Then opponent is left with the weaknesses around his king.

its not that easily, usually black gets counter play since you have tempos may decide whether you win or lose. if you go O-O then it Bayonet attacking would leave some weaknesses. if you go O-O-O they can go c5 - a6 - b5 -

I prefer the maroczy bind then the Yugoslav
