If I'm losing or lost I either analyze my games to see what went wrong or how it went wrong after the game (usually when I lose slowly overall, and it really helps), but I'm gonna be honest when I say when I make a giant blunder that turns my winning position into a loss, I full on rage and get angry and sometimes I just stop playing for the day and try to learn, and even like if I have mate in a few moves but I blunder so now its a draw, I will ATTACK my bed.
How do you deal with losing games? Please no politically correct answers. Be honest.

I just reset my account. That way the games didn't happen, just move on. Would be great if we could do it at the push of a button to reset w:l and rating instead of having to wait to disconnect from Live Chss, change your username, delete the account and make a new one but whatever.
