I want to make an online tournament here on chess.com one a week
Sure, nice goal. I don't know how clubs and stuff work on this site but you could make Your School Official Club and have internal tournaments. But ask yourself: why would people take their time to make an account, join your club and then play? It would work great as an extension of an existing club or maybe as an open "challenge our club online tournament" but that would need a physical club to exist first.
