No, the whole Anish thing was an April Fool's joke. Eric pretended to step down so that he could pursue an IM title. After Levy, Nakamura, and the Botez ladies said no, they didn't want the job, Anish said yes, gave a hilarious press conference, and proceeded to rename everything after himself - hence the Anish-bots. It's all fake.
