You don't want to sacrifice (unless you can find a forced win, but I can't find them) and you want to always look out for forks and skewers. You can drop pieces on the board.
Go aggro and force your opponent to defend. This is the key.
I also want to play loser chess but there is no possibility here...
However, what if you are playing team crazyhouse aka with a partner and want to donate to him a certain piece

If you are playing bughouse when you capture your opponent's pieces your teammate will get the option to put that piece anywhere on the chess board.
