How do you to get to 2000+ OTB Rating?

You need to be able to find out why moves are bad instead of just saying they are bad. I believe 24. Bd4(??) tosses the game away, leaving you with a bad bishop versus a good one. Even this might have been fixed with a timely b4 though

I never got to 2000 but I did get over 1900 and the way I did it was to always play stronger players. In other words when I was still in the 1700s and there was an under-1800 section and an open section, I would play in the open section even though I could have played in the under-1800.
Hitting 2000 otb for me was just doing a ton of tactical puzzles and reading Reasses your Chess.
