How do you use the good sport in chat?

In my chat I have....was "player name" a good sport? ≤ ≥....
I'm a noob, clicking on good sport to me is like saying good game.
I clicked on ≥, seems obvious, greater than equal to a good sport, but no, ≥ means bad sport. How's that work? I'm reluctant to click on ≤ to find out if it means good sport.
