How does chess.com evaluate reports?

Hey,

I just won a game at the 1200-1300 level, and it just so happened that I made a comeback after a bad game. The person who was playing me proceeded to call me a 'cheater', and that my account would be banned. Although I don't often think much of toxicity in the chat section, the comment did get me worried about my account. How do you guys evaluate reports?

If you're playing fairly you have nothing to worry about

No worries dude, chess.com doesn't check for cheaters. Unless you're winning 63 games without losing even once, you're fine.

That is not correct. Almost 58,000 accounts were closed in August for fair play violations.

Hey

Don't sweat it

Some people just act jealous because they don't know how to make comebacks.
