how does the cheating system work?

I'm 675 and the last two games I've had over 95% accuracy, mostly because the moves are really obvious. Kind of worried that the cheating system might flag me if this trend keeps up (which it probably won't.)

Generally my accuracy is 65-90 in most games, which I think is normal, but idk if it'll flag me if the trend keeps up.

(cannot be bothered to get the pgn.)

These are 12 and 13 moves long games. Stop worrying about getting banned while playing fairly. Just answer to this question: did you cheat? If yes, then you'll get banned. If no, then you'll not get banned. And chess.com won't tell how it works, because then cheaters would trick it out.

No, I did not.

Then you won't get banned. It's that easy. I cannot understand why people are worrying so much about getting banned for cheating while they aren't cheating. If you would get 95+ accuracy in every single game, even in 50 move long games, then you would probably get banned. Also, the chess.com cheating detector system sees if it's human or engine perfection.

If you're playing fairly then you have nothing to worry about.

That said, discussions of cheating, potential cheating, or cheat detection is not allowed in the general forums.
